You can start a warranty claim process by emailing contact@nexusdesigns.co.

We provide a 1 year, non-transferable warranty within the USA for ANY problem related to the function or operation of that pedal due to faulty parts and/or other internal problem.

• In order to receive your warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the product. 

• We can provide shipping labels for products that are under warranty that are in need of repair due to a defect. 

• We do not cover things such as broken switches and jacks due to damage. 

• If an item is damaged or out of warranty, you may contact us for a quote on the repair cost.
