You can start the return/exchange process by emailing us.

• Please include your order number and any details to explain your reason for return.​

• New and unopened items can be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

• Please note that NEXUS Designs may refuse return or charge a restocking fee for any returned item if it is no longer in new condition or damaged.

• Please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories). Please note that the buyer will assume all the costs for shipping the returning item back to NEXUS designs (unless defective or incorrect shipment).
